If I could leave 0 I would! Ended up having to call the police after they demanded payment for a gutter they put on backwards so the drain pipe does not go into a drain but just hangs over my driveway! They broke my gate and complained they had to fix it! Tried to say it was like that! They didn't fix the leaking ones either! Got very aggressive when I said I wasn't happy about the gutter being on the wrong way and threatened to destroy more of my property. Smashed plant pots as well utterly disgusting.

James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

Extremely happy with the job. I had my bath replaced, new tiling done and taps/shower fitted. George was very communicative, helpful and completed the job quickly and to a really high standard. The tiler was fantastic too - would absolutely recommend both and will be using them again for further work next year. Thank you!
