The reason I chose infinity to carry out the work on my roof. James came around when he said he would and inspected the roof and explained all options in detail. He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????

The red flags were that he would ignore my texts asking for more exact info, I got a random call, and one other unannounced visit to agree the work would be done ‘at the end of next week’.
