Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.

Great level of quality on finished work. That includes the decking, paving and raised beds. There was some uncertainty in starting date due to the weather issues going on but was worth the wait.

The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

Really impressed with Pawon Ltd. Hired to plaster hallway which is a small but tricky job. Pawel has done an excellent job. I was able to discuss the job beforehand because requirements changed slightly. He text the night before to tell me what time he would arrve. Excellent, quick service provider. We had a ridge tile that became loose because of a storm. Home Maintenance came the next day after calling to discuss the job and repaired the tile and repointed ridge tiles. Also, they inspected the whole roof and noticed another broken tile, which they replaced too. Highly recommended, photos given for work and great communication. Thank you both.
