This was a large refurbishment job including structural work, quality carpentry, kitchen installation and final decoration and finishing. JSR Construction provided good advice, pragmatic solutions to problems as they arose, as they inevitably do on such jobs and did a great job overall. Thoroughly recommended.
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Hi my name is Chris , here is a little insight into myself and what I do. Firstly I would like to explain that I will treat your house with the utmost respect , I have plenty of experience working within people's homes and understand the stress it can cause,I will protect all vulnerable surfaces tidy up and generally try to minimise any disruption within your home . Covering unsightly Artex, installing of coving and cornice , rendering , pebbledashing , skimming of walls and ceilings to refresh tired plasterwork , soundproofing, plasterboarding, float and set are just a few of the services I am more than happy to provide . The bulk of my last 7 years have been spent working for a company carrying out work on behalf of insurance companies. My duties here as well as plastering included initial site visits to explain the process of works to the homeowner , investigation work to drains and foundations ,opening up inspection holes ,brickwork, carpentry, painting and decorating, roofing ,tiling draftproofing ,levelling floors , fitting and clearing gutters and much much more. I have alot of experience working with other trades that has given me a sound understanding of structures , the things that go wrong with them and how to put them right , correctly . I also have experience within the surface repair industry which means by using a variety of materials I am able to repair almost any hard surface around the home or even in the garden that has been damaged, chipped baths and sinks,shower trays wooden doors , worktops of various compounds, tiles, upvc window frames to name but a few . We chose ITC on the basis of their attention to quality and willingness to understand the sensitivities around cleaning a grade II listed Elizabethan cottage. The previous occupants had 7 cats and fewer than 7 litter trays, creating quite a challenge for cleaning, particularly given my cat allergy. Their deep clean service was first rate and has made a substantial different to the place without any obvious niggles. We will be using them for the weekly clean going forward.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again.
