Builder from hell, too much problems to list, poor workmanship, walls and tiles not straight, flooring laid incorrectly, water pipes not connected correctly causing leaks, walked out halfway through the job and refused my calls, he left me with expensive remedial work to correct his mistakes.

I must say that that I was very impressed with my dealings with ASG from start to finish. Arrived promptly on time both for quotation and when work started, was also happy to quote and carry out a small job for an elderly neighbour of mine. Prices competitive and jobs were given straight away. Work carried out to a very high specification,all mess cleared up and also social distancing respected. Lukas did a really fantastic job on my garden which was a complete Jungle.He and his assistant worked very hard and were extremely polite and courteous. He went out of his way to help me with my garden and even collected the wood-chip from the store for me. Highly recommend these 2 trustworthy, hard-working, polite guys. Definitely use again.

Tom was a nice guy who came and undercut a quote I had from another ratedpeople person. When he came, he only did half of what he agreed (although I wasn't there to OK it before he left). When I asked him to come back to finish it, he agreed, but then took ages to come back. He then came back for a few hours and said he would come back again, which he never did. He then invoiced me for the full quote. So overall, not very impressed on reliability. His actual work was OK/messy.
