Very reliable & good quality work - after being told by another tradesman this was going to be an awkward, lot more expensive job we were expecting the worst but the problem was sorted straight away & at a lot less cost! John and his hard-working team quoted for a job to clear our overgrown garden and relay membranes underneath gravel. Throughout the work, he was professional, friendly and offered clear advice and updates to us. His team were well-organised and polite, and we would happily hire him again for future landscaping and garden projects. We are grateful for a job very well done!

William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

To whom it may concern. The team at Manchester's Roofing & Guttering -Building & Home improvements where excellent !! They arrived on time (which is hard to come across) they gave me options of what's best to do with my Roof-line. John did a really excellent job and is highly recommended. As we have two cats, the carpets had a distinct cat smell and John managed to leave them smelling clean and looking great. Great value price for the quality of the job that he did. We will use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price.
