Anthony is just the best. He came round for the initial look around and quote, we had a good chat and got on right away. From start to finish, he was on time, thorough, tidy and so easy to get on with. No job was too small and the end result is a fantastic living room, kitchen and stairwell. Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
