Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. I had a small bathroom fully refurbished including some work on the plumbing, tiling and fitting a shower, a toilet and a sink. The work was completed to a good standard. Some things were not up to scratch on the tiling, grout and silicone. However, Mario made sure all was rectified in the end. The work took longer than planned about a month but overall was all good. I was extremely happy with this service, particularly Tania. My huband and I needed and end of tenancy clean as we were moving to LA. She came around to the house to evaluate the very large cleaning job (6+ hours) and give us an estimate. She was able to schedule 2 cleaning women to come starting at 8am to blitz the house. They worked non-stop and I was extremely happy. I would absolutely recommend these people. If we hadn't moved to LA- I would be hiring them full time to clean as much as possible!

The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it.
