Dan at IdealDecor originally fitted a replacement lock to a store cupboard for me – great job. He then completed a half flat decoration while tenants were living there – not an easy task. The work was spot on, consistent with quote and that in itself makes him highly recommendable. But Dan managed the whole job/access etc directly with the three tenants, and kept me fully informed throughout. We have already planned two more jobs. *** 100% highly recommended ***

I’ve never had a carpet cleaned before so had no real idea of price but after talking to different services, we agreed a price. We had decorators in at the same time which wasn’t planned but worked ok. Wouldn’t advise doing both at the same time. Evo was clear in what he needed and how to get around potential difficulties. Friendly. we now have a clean carpet free from cat hair (well as much as possible!)

Clirim Lazlo was polite, courteous and very punctual at all times. He was helpful and knowledgeable. His work was of a high standard and done under time constraints. Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
