I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

I am very happy with the coving Chris installed - the installation exceeded my expectations. It was exactly how I wanted it. Chris left everything neat and today and did an amazing job. He was very quick to point out that he had already paid rated people in the same text as his quote, he quoted without seeing the job, just a picture I sent, without discussing detail of the job, and when I replied with details of what I expected to be done and asking what he planned on doing, he did not even bother to reply. He is rated as a gardener, cleaner, painter and decorator in the reviews. I think he is just tries everything, not what would inspire me to go with him for a job that needs experience

Darren fixed our toilet flush. He installed a new syphon, which was an awkward job with the cistern we have ... but he stayed longer than he could have, to make sure it worked perfectly with no leaks. We have used him again since. He is reliable and not the kind of tradesman to rip people off.

Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

My experience with Zsolt was excellent. I needed so opening up jobs done inside the house and in the garden. The quality of the jobs were very good and exactly what was needed. Zsolt started early which let me get on with the day after. I definitely would recommend Zsolt and will use his services for the next required jobs we need. It makes life a lot easier when you have someone as reliable and professional as Zsolt around.

Did not contact me at all. When I tried calling she did not answer phone or return calls; I called three times on different days over one-week period. My rating is only related to 'Reliability', and reflects the inability to get in touch with the tradesperson. There is no option on Rated People to avoid giving a ration for 'Value' and 'Quality' - please ignore those as they were not applicable in this attempt at transaction.

I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Working with him for the first time, I appreciated the professionalism and good rapport established. A great experience overall!
