Highly recommend Gedas. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy. He completed a full refurbishment of an en-suite bathroom including electrics, tiling, painting etc. Finish to a high standard and made helpful suggestions on appropriate fittings etc. Left the bedroom clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. Offered a fixed quote which was very competitive and imposed no additional charges. Job did take a week or so longer than expected but he kept us informed throughout.

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
