Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. Communicated well, completed the job to a high standard within the quoted timeframe and left the room clear and tidy after the work was done. Explained things clearly, gave me some useful advice about redecorating and was an all-round nice guy with professional attitude.
We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
