Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Renovation of my dad's bathroom did not go as well as hoped. Due to my dad's dementia and him being affected we had to tell you to stop work with the job still unfinished 2 days after it should have been completed. It seems other jobs got priority over his and work was rushed. After you'd gone we found new tiles were cracked but grouted anyway. Seems there was a lack of planning for how much work would be needed for an accessible bathroom.
