Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Steve checked the boiler for the source of the leak. Then he checked the availability and price of the offending part; but feeling it was too expensive for what it was he advised that he would effect a repair, which he did. Knowing how much the cost of the part was and how much Steve actually charged me I can tell you this is a genuine person who is not out to rip you off. And on top of that he's a nice fella, He takes one sugar in his coffee.
I do property maintenance from full bathroom re-fits, gardening to small plumbing repairs.
