Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
Excellent communication, tidy and organised. Changing boiler in my property caused a lot of challenges that AB Chapman (Spencer) overcame with ease and really made a brilliant and quick job . I have worked for years with a number of different experienced tradesmen and can complete any renovation job in a timely managed manner. Dan has completed both our ensuite and our bathroom to a very high standard and unlike other companies who quoted given us what we wanted not what they provide. Dan was very accomodating at getting the little extras and doing additional works when asked. The only issues were with a drawer front and the cistern lid which were both damaged on delivery and we are still waiting for them tobe replaced 12 weeks on. My only advice would be if there is anything like this keep a reasonable retention back (I paid in full on completion of the main works) otherwise Dan can be a little difficult to get hold of. We did have a leak (not really down to Dan original fitting was in bad condition) which he did responde to very well. It's just having been leaving voicemail on his mobile every two days for the last four weeks with no reply not sure his warrentee is going to be worth very much! All that aside I would still use Dan again as his work is very good and he is very personable.
