Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We are a small faimily business with 18 years experience in the building industry. Tony was brilliant. He seemed really thorough, and didn't let anything arising bother him too much, so kept me calm too! Also he didn't mind my kids 'supervising' him at every opportunity, which was good. We're really happy with all the work he did.
