Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Gedas. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy. He completed a full refurbishment of an en-suite bathroom including electrics, tiling, painting etc. Finish to a high standard and made helpful suggestions on appropriate fittings etc. Left the bedroom clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. Offered a fixed quote which was very competitive and imposed no additional charges. Job did take a week or so longer than expected but he kept us informed throughout.

The tradesman was absolutely fantastic, professional, understanding, helpful and even provided some key advice. I would use this tradesman again at a drop of a hat. Had to wait on a plumber, which was no problem. In fact everything was "no problem". A pleasure to have met such a gentleman along with someone who did a fantastic job. 5 stars all round!
LRH CARPENTRY 'Turning a house into your home' NVQ level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery Certificated locksmith, new fitted Kitchens, Bathrooms, internal and external doors, laminate & real wood flooring, built-in wardrobes/shelves, skirting and architrave, loft boarding, garden decking, lock changes, roofing repairs and renews, jet washing of driveways and patios.
I hired Lee for this job and he did an outstanding job in replacing this door. He was very careful in removing the old door and worked through quite in detail to custom make the replacement door to ensure it is done to a very high standard and excellent finish. I highly recommend Lee as a carpenter.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.
