We also do the same for gas fires and cookers. We carry out homeowner/landlord gas safety inspections. Can repair/replace water tanks, cylinders, radiators, taps and showers. We repair leaks on gas or water. We can flush heating systems and fit magnetic filters. Installation of standard thermostats/clocks also smart thermostats. We do all this whilst trying to keep disruption to a minimum and respecting your property at all times throughout the job, no matter how big or small.

Owen has been landscaping our back garden, levelling off a large area of garden, building stone walls and steps and a new patio area and garden path. We would strongly recommend him. He's an incredibly hard worker, out in all weathers to get the job done in time and willing to change the job as our plans changed throughout the project. He is also very aware of keeping to the budget.

About myself: I have been in the Joinery and building industry for 20 years with a huge vast experience in all trades and I know what to expect from various tradesmen from a finishing point. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. My main trade is joinery but in the 20 years of being in the building game I have gained the experience in each aspect in the building game which has its advantages when project managing a job whilst being on site working. Billy was absolutely fantastic. He fitted our new bathroom suite, tilled the walls and floor and did the plumbing work as we changed the layout of the bathroom. He did everything to a very high standard and we have already decided to get him back to do our downstairs toilet. Would highly recommend.
