The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Michael and his team did an excellent job of blocking up an external window in our living room going into conservatory & creating a large aperture for bifold doors. They were very knowledgable and completed the job to a high standard whilst making the whole process as stress free as possible for us, with having a young family. Did a really thoughtful restoration of our cloakroom. Took into consideration what was best for the client and achieved what the client wanted. New tiled floor and walls. Existing basin reset in New worktop with new tap and drainage. All done to schedule. On time, no waste, no mess and no dissruption. Friendly and reliable.

We are a local Construction Company with a background in commercial building & groundworks. We are used to working to high specifications with minimal tolerances. Leaving you with a high end look with a beauty that is more than skin deep, its durable too! Its Important that a house has a solid foundation, but not just houses. Every aspect of construction is only as strong as it weakest link so we don't just concentrate on leaving a nice finish. You want that look to endure so we don't cut corners behind the scenes. Everything we do is constructed in accordance with industry standards norms. So our extensions get nice deep footings, So do garden walls. Our driveways are always excavated to the right depth, and the sub base constructed in graded road stone, not cheaper sub base materials because they are not as good. We never use a nail where a bolt or screw will do better, because it lasts longer that way! With 30 years in the trade behind me we have the experience, knowledge, and contacts to get you the best materials and reasonable prices. So whilst quality work has a cost to it, it need not be exorbitant, nor out of your reach! With us you are sure of the right advice, at a reasonable price.
