Did a really thoughtful restoration of our cloakroom. Took into consideration what was best for the client and achieved what the client wanted. New tiled floor and walls. Existing basin reset in New worktop with new tap and drainage. All done to schedule. On time, no waste, no mess and no dissruption. Friendly and reliable.

This tiler turned up on time to quote, fitted us in at short notice and worked the weekend to do the job. I am an engineer and the job has to be right. Claxton did a fantastic job and I will use them again and recommend this company.

Delighted with Brian - he got stuck in traffic but kept me posted as to where he was. Quoted a really good price which was half I was expecting so met him in the middle. Will definitely get him back again for a bigger job when budget permits.

My new vanity unit was fitted without any problems whatsoever. The work is perfect. Very neat worker who is very respectful of the property. Everything was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. I’ve already discussed my next project.

This tradesman quoted for the job. Was given the job but failed to respond when asked him to confirm a start date. We have had to re post the job

We have to get another plumber in to fix the radiator, He had fitted it to high and did say afterwards it was the only way to do it. If we had known that before we would not have had the work done. However another plumber says it can be sorted so will get him to do it. In fairness Roger did apologise for not informing us and did accept a reduced invoice payment.

Shortly after finishing our renovation the floor began to lift, after a 2-year battle and almost court they admitted it was a fitting fault. Not ideal for a 12k job. Now our sink has fallen in, turns out he has used the world's smallest bit of wood and some sealant to fix it to the underside of our granite worktops rather than correctly fitting it using the fixings on the actual sink. Add to this, gaps between drawers and misaligned cupboards and you get the idea.

We have found drainage problems which the insurance company will not honour due to incorrect installation during this project. This has cost us dearly.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
