Bailey arrived on time to quote for a complete refit and layout change in our main bathroom and full refit of the en-suite. He immediately made us feel comfortable and listened to what ideas we had and explained the options which he felt would work for us. Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

Honest, friendly, reliable, reasonably priced, will go out of their way to get the job done how the customer wants it without cutting corners. Knowledgeable about their trade, will come up with good ideas, no job is ever too small. Have used many tradesman (some sharks) over the years and these guys stand out - would highly recommend !

Nigel completed the installation of shower and handwash basin after we were let down by another plumber. The work was completed within the estimated time. Very clean and tidy. Shower room looks great. Would recommend.

An excellent job, on time and on budget. I found PM very straight forward to deal with, knowledgeable in all aspects of the trades required, and very hard working. They 'thought ahead' about what was required and made a 100% effort to attend to all the fine detailing. All in all, I can heartily recommend this firm and have already lined them up for additional building works.
