John installed our en suite shower room and tiled the floor and walls. We provided the sanitary ware and John helped source tiles with his trade discount. The work was done on time and to a high standard. We would recommend John to anyone looking for a reliable, quality tradesman.

I can't recommend Paul highly enough, he was helpful, skilled and professional. He's an organised and clean worker and the standard of the finished work was very high. I originally hired him to fit a bathroom but asked him to stay on to help with the rest of the renovation. He can just about turn his hand to anything on a renovation project and what he can't do he can help find skilled people to do. I'm not sure how I would have managed my project without him. plus he makes a mean brew!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Used this company to fit the tiles in my bathroom. Both on the floor and on the wall. Very professional and friendly guy, who offered good advice and gave us a very fair price! We have recently had our whole house refurbished and we were impressed with this guy the most out of all the the tradesman we had in. Very professional finish for a very fair price..would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Thankyou
