Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We had a full kitchen rip out and replaced. Raf did all the works professionally and gave advice on improvements on our kitchen design. Raf was able to do extra works such as lighting and floor laying as well as plastering plumbing electrics and painting. Our kitchen was completed within time and on budget. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
