Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I have came from a plumbing background with 15 years experience i have installed wet rooms and bathrooms. Other work such as tilling, plastering , lighting to give your bathroom the wow look. No job is to small. Kitchen installations as well as flooring present no problem. Stud- work, first and second fixes, as well as door hanging and or trimming. Heating systems, power flushing, boiler supply and installation complete the package should you require it as well as decorating - just about a one stop shop- and if something is outside my remit- then I will know a man who can !

Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. So please do not ask for a VAT exempt price. VAT is paid on all materials purchased for the job. We will provide a breakdown of services offered. There should be no shocks when it comes to payment time.. Ask the tiler questions about the job you want completing. The tiler should be able to give you ideas about what tile size to use, what colour grout is best suited to the tile etc.

He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly.
