I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
I have been working in this for over 25 years and work on everything from small one day jobs to large complete refurbishment jobs. I am skilled in the following: interior painting, plastering, tilling, dry lining, interior refurbishments,laminate flooring

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.
Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Dimitar has done a brilliant job. He is a well organised, highly skilled craftsman who takes care about his work. He doesn't take any shortcuts, he goes back to the basics and builds it up - although this takes a little longer the end result is very high quality. He checked all the details with us from the handle positions to the way the doors open. He had good innovative solutions to two difficult issues. They did a new front door and sash UPVC windows in the entire house. What a great job! Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.
