Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Rabbee and his team refurbished my bathroom. Rabbee and his team created a beautiful bathroom worthy of being in a show room as well as repairing the floor below and the bedroom next door. Rabbee was so helpful in helping to pick up items in his van and was patient & understanding with delivery delays. He really cares about customer satisfaction. Roman did an outstanding job. Communication was excellent and the job was competitively priced and expertly done.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
