Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!

We’ve had constant small leaks that have got worse. We finally discovered the source, at great expense: bad installation - specifically mixing copper and plastic. It looked fantastic when it was completed but behind the glossy veneer, corners have been cut and it has been an expensive disappointment. I would warn against using this company. You might not discover immediately, but shoddy workmanship, like leaks, won’t stay hidden for long!
