Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I have been in the Plumbing industry since 2007, and have covered many aspects of domestic plumbing, ranging from a simple dripping tap all the way through to complete bathroom design and remodelling. I am based in Shirley Croydon, and cover all South London, Surrey & Kent. He responded quite quickly saying he could do it by the end of the week. I said I would call him to confirm the time the next day which I did and left a message. Also messaged him again on here and no response. Very unprofessional and poor response. I would recommend sticking to a reliable professional and not an odd job man incapable of doing anything other than fitting an odd job in here and there
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
