Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I am not overwhelmed with the laying of my laminate floor the work was undertaken 5th-7th of December it was having to finish of a job another builder had started . The communication from Inder was not good all by text and told me a few times the floor is not of good quality neither the beading it was pretty good and expensive . When cleaning up they brushed up the dust and it looks filthy dirty where it stuck to the wet chalk they used ???? like mould I am fuming he won’t answer the phone

Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Ben managed a complex plumbing job for me, skillfully orchestrating multiple sub-contractors and ultimately delivering an excellent result that is beautiful to look at. If I can venture a suggestion to Ben, I would say that he needs to relax and don't overthink things, as he sometimes struggles to get out of his own way, despite his obvious talent.
