Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I found that Denis to be professional, good at listening and observing what his customers need. He had a challenge in of fitting cupboards into eaves of a characterful, typically non straight lined Victorian cottage. He executed it well. He also put in a fitted wardrobe, partition walls and fitted a door and frame.
