Ian and Adrian were most accomodating with the little alterations to the project that would inevitably arise and as a result I ended up with exactly what I wanted and more. Their attention to detail impressed me. Their attention to drinking enough coffee to float a battleship also impressed me!!!! The overall result is we got what we wanted and a few laughs to boot!! Thanks lads for a good job well done.

Beautifully designed kitchen, lovely people, dont think I had his top team. Had to do a lot of tidying up, removing protective edging to units, sanding down and painting round a ceiling light. They had put freezer in incorrectly, screws were too short in a door and it fell apart, a work surface had to be replaced due to warping and the new one is even worse with a chip, a split and pencil marks round it, new garden hose wrecked, used to mix concrete and spade thrown on top, used garden seats as a workbench

Kai contacted me concerning the reassembling of an Ikea flat pack wardrobe, gave me a fair quote on the job, rescheduled diary so he could complete the job within 48 hours, arrived promptly at the agreed time and completed the job within the time frame we agreed. Really pleased I found Allen Group. Tom was professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. He converted a conventional heating system with floor standing boiler to combi and installed a new shower too. I will continue to use him for any further plumbing or heating work. Highly recommended.

Andy and the team at Ampulla were very professional right from the initial visit up until project sign off. They were always on time and treated our home with great respect, ensuring their works caused minimal disruption. They have a great eye for detail and make sure all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard, even if that means staying a little later or working over the weekend. We would highly recommend Ampulla and have already asked for quotes for other jobs in our home.

Nigel provided an excellent service. From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process. He was extremely punctual and tidy and the finished bathroom is of a quality even better than we would have hoped for. We will certainly be looking to use Nigel's services again.
