Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. I had a problem with my roof, Ian was very helpful, gave a description of what wrong and what my options were. He took pictures of the problem, to save me going on the roof, turned up when he said he would and fixed the leak. His number is now saved on my phone!
