Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Ross did an excellent job on ripping out our very outdated bathroom and installing a new shower, basin and toilet. Everything was done professionally and he cleans up better than any person who has ever done work for us! Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted. David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.
