I contracted the team for a bathroom refurbishment. Over the seven days they worked, they were always on time and worked solidly to get the job done. When I say ‘solidly’, they worked really hard. Renovation of my dad's bathroom did not go as well as hoped. Due to my dad's dementia and him being affected we had to tell you to stop work with the job still unfinished 2 days after it should have been completed. It seems other jobs got priority over his and work was rushed. After you'd gone we found new tiles were cracked but grouted anyway. Seems there was a lack of planning for how much work would be needed for an accessible bathroom.
