Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

I found Joe through Rated People and it was clear from the outset that he was very experienced. I appointed him and he has since completed a complete refurbishment of my two bedroom property - my tenants and I are absolutely delighted with the end result. They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

I found that Denis to be professional, good at listening and observing what his customers need. He had a challenge in of fitting cupboards into eaves of a characterful, typically non straight lined Victorian cottage. He executed it well. He also put in a fitted wardrobe, partition walls and fitted a door and frame. Highly trustworthy, I’d have no hesitation in recommending him so if he does quote (and he’s frequently booked up for months but gets the occasional window of work) he’s a good safe pair of hands

Petre and his team were exceptional. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard. The company is super responsive to emails and nothing is too much trouble. They are great at problem solving and the finish is first rate. Polite, tidy, skilled, talented and efficient, he double checked every detail with me so we got what we wanted. Delighted.
