Excellent service addressing a problem in old properties with innovative solutions and good communication with Bristol Water. Intend to use Andrew for other plumbing jobs in the house shortly now that this supply problem has been fixed. Would recommend without hesitation.

Neil is a very professional tradesman who works to high quality standards and did an excellent job on our bathroom refurbishment. During the whole process from agreeing our requirements (which changed), making quotations, carrying out the work (including additions) and invoicing, Neil communicated effectively with us and delivered on his promises. Neil did all the plumbing, tiling and electrical work himself except for plastering the ceiling. He is very conscientious and careful to do everything correctly.

Andy contacted me within an hour of posting my job on Rated People. I was pleasantly surprised as the job was not high value and in my experience most plumbers just wouldn't bother with something so minor. Andy arrived at the arranged time the following morning, assessed the job, went off to acquire the parts needed, and returned to fit them. All within an hour. Excellent service. He was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Lim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Great price, great communication and always a gentleman. Can’t recommend Gary enough. He responded to my ad quickly, and arranged to quote and complete the work within a few days. He was prompt, friendly, professional, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. He explained things clearly to me and I won’t be using anyone else in future.
