Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

I asked Sharon from Aquassist Bathrooms to give me a quote to do a total refurb for our en suite. The quote was good, I took a chance because they had only just joined the site, but they didn't let me down. Alan, who did the installation was great. He really wanted to do a good job, very friendly and put the hours in until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !
