John came by the same day as I asked for the quote in the evening which was very convenient and fixed my fused lights, rewired them without having to pull the loft insulation apart, great job - thanks very much, lovely man, would defo use again and recommend.

Not the easiest job in the world, repairing extensive damage following a long standing water leak, full bathroom refurbishment and lots of decorating work. The project came with it's fair share of problems, all tackled professionally by Ashley and his Colleagues. Thank you very much! Very highly recommended.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

Very pleasant and reliable. Came on time for quote, provided quote in timely manner, we arranged the date and John and his mate came and did a lovely job of our patio: breaking up old concrete, laying new, then laying tiles. The work was clean and tidy and the tiles look nice.

Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

Artur and Adrian were very professional and did an immaculate job for my cloakroom. They consulted with me every step of the way . I would highly recommend this company. They recently completed a refurbishment of my bathroom, shower room and downstairs cloakroom to an excellent standard. Sebastian was always very prompt and professional in his communication and provided a detailed estimate and invoice and kept me fully informed about variations in cost {which were minimal} as the work progressed. The team were tidy and respectful thought the project and completed the work within the expected time. I am really pleased with the result.
