Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them. On the day he was punctual, friendly and tidy, and did the work to a high standard.

Terry,+++++++++++ supported by Lance St John attended daily and worked to a pre arranged schedule. Their approach was professional, they were courteous, reliable timekeepers, the work place was kept tidy, their attention to detail was exemplorary, the quality of finish superb. Terry managed the procurement of supplies and the attendance of skilled tradesman i.e. bricklayers, electrician, plumber as required without any undue delays. We would have no hesitation in recommending him, We will use him again!

Cornel fitted my laminate herringbone click system flooring in the hallway and living room. He was very polite with good customer service. His approach and work was very professional. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.
