I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. James and Jack did a wonderful job and were professional at all times. Our house has always been a challenge for anybody working on it. Nothing is straight with the walls and floors running out all over the place. They both managed to find creative ways to overcome these challenges and the end result was a set of doors that fit perfectly and look spectacular. So much so, I've asked them to undertake more work on the property.

Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
