I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. I am a general builder with over 30 years of experience in the trade. I take pride in the work that I do and in finishing in time, on budget and to a very high standard. We undertake small maintenance work right up to extensions, refurbishments and new builds.
Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. They always turned up on time and kept me informed regarding progress of the project. I have no reservation in recommending him and his team.
With a majority of my projects coming from customer recommendations, I feel that speaks volumes in itself. I always aim to bring a high quality finish to all my projects however big or small.

Krzysztof started the job as the original plan however, our door supplier (Doorweb) let's us down badly by sending a wrong frame. Krzysztof was very helpful and rearranged the installation. Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.
