I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have been involved in the electrical mechanical and general building trades for over 35 years. I have not over the years taken pictures of (wires sorry a bit boring...) my electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work as this is not something you really think of when sorting out leaks or fault finding electrical issues etc. I have recently joined this web site and have found some conversion work pictures for a garage conversion. General building, slate patio, blockwork, window installation, patio door installation, wiring for electronic smart shower, plumbing, Velux window installation, tiling, carport, etc Also some recent garden fence replacement work... I started out after leaving college with electrical installation and appliance repair, auto electrical work, alarm fitting, mainly fault finding and rectification with a strong sense of where problems are possible and the personality of being able to sort most issues out quickly and with the least time and disruption for all parties involved. Previous work has included listed buildings, churches, The bank of England, M O D Whitehall, country estate maintenance and security. A large volume of diverse experiance in many trades. I am extremely neat and tidy in my work, and have very high standards. I have worked for the Royal Household designing and fitting lighting for the queen in St James palace. The work undertaken by Derek of CFJ Services comprised simply replacing two two broken tiles on the roof of the house although one tile needed to be cut to fit. Derek is a pleasant character and an experienced tiler and was able to both quote and undertake the work on the spot at the same time as his visit. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I would certainly ask him to do any further work on my roof. His price was equal or less than the other two trades people who quoted

2.5 months after the work was done, we still have water leaking through light fixture in kitchen. Called out a plumber who we have known for 5 years and he said that the pipes should have been changed at the time of the building work. The anaesthetics of the shower are brilliant but the initial problem still remains and this could have been sorted out all in one go. Also lots of rubble left under the shower. Huge mess with the leak. Maybe a one off problem but disappointed with longevity of the work.
