I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Russell and Tom are very reliable people who can offer high quality for renovation, tiling, plastering, and, like in our case, kitchen fitting. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. The job was finished on time, with no delays on their part, and they showed an excellent understanding of our needs. Colin can turn his hand to anything. A brilliant worker and has a very high attention to detail. The coving in the house dates back to the 1930s and not available to purchase any more. Coming was able to band make a section of the coving and honestly you could not tell. Great Job. So good have engaged him on a number of additional projects since and the standards are exceptional.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Chris, Bill and Karl have done a brilliant job of rebuilding the inside of my house! The quality of their work is excellent and the end product is excellent. The job was a complete rebuild of the inside of the house including a new kitchen, bathroom, replacing new walls and structural work. Their quote was the most thorough and competitive, there were no hidden add-ons and they have been very good to fix the few minor snags without quibble. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend PR&R.

Excellent work - conscientious and clean worker. Good precision floor tiling cuts around door frames and tiles evenly lined. Will be using again for further tiling work and as Dave is a qualified carpenter ( seen photographs of his craftmanship - looks very good) will be hiring him to build wardrobes.

Simon did a great job for me on my flooring/ skirting and tiling. There were some unexpected costs as i needed more jobs doing and other bits which simon recommended but all was doing in a great way. I would use simon again and will recommend him to others.
