I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)

Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.

I highly recommend MD & Sons for their high standard of work and professionalism. From visiting me to give me a quote to completing the work Mark was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely ask Mark to come back for any other work that I may have in the future

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

Adrian was a star throughout. He gave us the most competitive quote and helped us decide which installation options were practical, possible and cost effective. He was very willing to adapt to suggested changes whilst staying on a tight schedule throughout. Even when we didn't have a couple of cabinet storage options available, he willingly came back 2 weeks later to finish the job at no extra cost. The quality of the work has been outstanding and I'd gladly refer his name to anybody looking for a fitter!

"Very Impressed". A top job by a top man, head down as soon as he got here and did not stop until the job was completed, and what a job!. The thing that stood out for me is the care he took with the cleanliness of the working areas. Overall though, an outstanding job, professional in every way. I will have no hesitation at all getting him back to carry out other works. I have piping hot water again. Thank you very much.

We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.

Cannot fault the workmanship, helpfulness, industriousness and skill of Albert and his assistant. Worktops fitted, plumbing done and gas cooket installed. They are Corgi registered too, so the whole job was done to a very high standard. Not cheap, but you definately get what you pay for. Good Value for money, in my opinion. Highly recommend.

Tony completed fantastic fitted wardrobes for us and upcycled our kitchen. He is trustworthy and completes the work to a high standard. He always tidies up after himself, and left our property clean at the end of each day.
