After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Mark is such a genuine, decent and honest guy who I instantly felt at home with. He knows his stuff and did a fantastic job on a very tricky joint on fragile worktop where he was required to join two different depth pieces at an angle greater than 90 degrees. The result was lovely and I would absolutely use Mark again. :)
