I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I hired William to do some tricky jobs in a small space, blocking off a door and using the other side of the partition to create a book shelf to make use of the space. There were additional works for hanging doors, moving the position of a door and building a new frame, fitting architraves, awkward skirting board replacement etc. William and his son did an absolutely amazing job and he will now be our go-to joiner for any woodwork needed in our house. First class.

18 months after the works were completed, it is apparent that he has not used a suitable downpipe connection joint as it is leaking. Showing the work to a surveyor he said " Looks like they have tried to get away with using a cheap connection. They should have fitted a connection that goes into the pipe opposed to joining a UPVC into the side of it. Ideally it should be one section so there are no joints." I have emailed the builder but he has not attended site to correct this. I would not recommend him.
