Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Martin was punctual, polite and very thorough. He has done a superb job for us laying our laminate floor and we will definitely use him again. He has a friendly attitude and worked hard and efficiently. He also made sure everything was to our satisfaction before he left and made sure that everything had been left clean and tidy. Dave and the team did an excellent job extending our kitchen into an open plan kitchen/diner. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the work is to a very high standard. Trusted Dave and team to make the right decisions for the job and would happily work with them again. Would recommend.

Very good service provided at a reasonable price. The quote was the cheapest I received but this was not reflected in the high quality of the work. (PS. I SUBMITTED MY COMMENTS THE WEEK FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF THE WORK SO i DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DIDN'T RECIEVE THEM ! Possibly cos I'm new to the process )

Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. We are extremely pleased with what was achieved and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family, friends or in fact everyone.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.
