Sebastian did a excellent job could not pick one fault with it, was always on time and kept us upto date with cost of everything, finished the bathroom to a professional quality, would have thought he was doing his own bathroom everything had to be done to perfection. We were very pleased with the fantastic job Norton did with x8 internal doors and architrave and skirting boards. Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.

We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. 100% happy with refurbit. cannot rate highly enough.punctual.reliable.professional.friendly and efficient.did a fantastic job in a clean and tidy way.did not try to baffle us with science and charged a very,very fair price for installing our central heating.I'm sure they would have treated us the same even if they were changing a tap washer many thanks again Chris & Matt..
