Turned out the tradesman lived round the corner from us so we now know a good local joiner. He was promt with appointments, good efficent worker and friendly. All in all a good person to know for future jobs.

We were very impressed with Carl's ability and professional attitude. His workmanship is exemplary and we would certainly recommend him; he will be my first point of contact for any future work. He undertook the work in the agreed time, despite having to wait for the kitchen to arrive. I am very pleased with the result and have no doubt he will remain available for further advice should I need it.

I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

Ubhi Developments UK Limited provided an exceptional service, worked significantly long hours to meet our deadline and delivered a service and bathrooms beyond our expectation. Would definitely recommend the guys. They came through for us when we needed a job done urgently and we are very happy with the results. They were also affordable and were happy to go pick up supplies for us when we didn't have time to get to Wickes. Great work!

100% happy with refurbit. cannot rate highly enough.punctual.reliable.professional.friendly and efficient.did a fantastic job in a clean and tidy way.did not try to baffle us with science and charged a very,very fair price for installing our central heating.I'm sure they would have treated us the same even if they were changing a tap washer many thanks again Chris & Matt..
