I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Really happy with the work done on our staircase. We needed urgent work done to create a new floor to ceiling bannister to keep one of our autistic sons safe.
